Hello.
This is my "journey story".
Like many other foreigners living in Japan, my introduction to Japan was through manga and anime. After coming to Japan, I attended Japanese language school and majored in business administration at university. During my studies, I worked various part-time jobs, and after graduating, I joined a real estate company in Tokyo. After several years of practical experience, I established this company.
Based on my experience, I fully understand the inconveniences and unfamiliar aspects of daily life for foreigners living in Japan. The main motivation for establishing this company was to create a business that solves these various life challenges.
Our company will continue to grow as a one-stop online company with real estate as its core, along with recruitment services, telecommunications services, and more, all dedicated to supporting your fulfilling life.

UtilityHouse History
Foundation
Pham Van Hieu founded the company in Tokyo as a real estate service for foreigners. The first office started from a small office in Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku.
Telecommunications Service Launch
In addition to real estate services, we began providing SIM cards and Wi-Fi routers for foreigners.
Establishment of Human Resources Division
We started employment support and recruitment services for foreigners. We provide additional value by matching Japanese companies with foreign talent.
Fukuoka Branch Opening
